Lead pastor
Devin has been the pastor at Crestview since May 2002. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Pastoral Ministry from Manhattan Christian College and a Master of Arts in New Testament and preaching from Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee. He enjoys spending time with his wife, April, and his two daughters, Emma and Ruby. His hobbies include fishing and dominating the fantasy football league. Lauren Evans
CHILDREN'S PASTOR
Lauren has been working at Crestview since November 2020. She graduated from Manhattan Christian College in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in science in youth ministry with an emphasis in education. Lauren oversees all of the kids ranging from birth through sixth graders. She is married to her husband Nic and has identical twin girls, Meyer and Maysen. Lauren's favorite passage is John 15:5 "I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." CONTACT LAUREN
Natalie holdren
Spiritual Formation Pastor
Natalie has been a part of the Crestview staff since 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible Christian Education from Manhattan Christian College. After serving as CV's youth pastor for ten years, she transitioned into her current ministry role in 2024. Natalie shares her life with her husband, Terry, their daughter and son-in-law, Brogan and Cole, and their son, Lucas. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gathering with friends, cooking, reading, and finding fun in everyday moments. Natalie’s life and ministry are guided by "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Steve osborne
worship PASTOR
Steve has served in worship arts ministry in the local church for more than 30 years. He joined the Crestview staff in 2016. Steve is a graduate of Lincoln Christian University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in music. He loves using the arts to create environments where people can experience the life-changing power of God’s presence and love. He is passionate about apprenticing artists, helping them strengthen their craft, develop new skills, and grow in their ability to serve others through the arts. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with Tysha, his wife of 29 years. His three obsessions (outside of his wife, of course) are his cats, making pizza, and his newfound hobby of programming and app development. Dakota Shurts
Youth Pastor
Dakota has been working at Crestview since 2021 as a Youth Intern, and as a full time Youth Pastor since 2023. Dakota is a 2021 graduate of Manhattan Christian College, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bible and Leadership, with emphasis in Youth Ministry and Intercultural Studies. He married his wife, Grace Shurts, in 2021 and they had their first child, Matthew, in 2024 and their second child, Archer, in 2026. His hobbies include baseball, hunting, and fishing. Jenna Woodring
CHildren's Pastor
Jenna has been working at Crestview since September 2026. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2025, while competing as a collegiate volleyball student-athlete. She also took additional coursework at Ozark Christian College during the 2025-2026 academic year, while assistant coaching Ozark's volleyball team during their 2025 season. Jenna oversees all of the kids ranging from infancy through fifth graders. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, traveling, and staying active through her love of games and sports. Davinna Keele

Davinna is a graduate of Manhattan Christian College and acquired a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bible and Leadership with emphasis in Intercultural Studies and Youth Ministry. She has been working at Crestview since August 2021. You may see her in the front office during the week or hear her answering your phone call to the church. Davinna and her husband Garrett were married in 2024. Davinna was born and raised in Wichita, KS. Her hobbies include walking with her dog Leo, scrolling through home decor inspiration on Pinterest and caring for her houseplants. Davinna’s life verse is 1 Corinthians 15:58 "Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain." business administrator
Dee has been the business administrator since December 2010. Her responsibilities include accounting, payroll and a budget. Her family includes her husband, Brad, and her daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Derek, as well as her son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Calley. She has four grandchildren named Finley, Harper, Lane and Hadley. Her dog is named Lucy. Her hobbies include traveling, reading and quilting.
