Lauren has been working at Crestview since November 2020. She graduated from Manhattan Christian College in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in science in youth ministry with an emphasis in education. Lauren oversees all of the kids ranging from birth through sixth graders. She is married to her husband Nic and has identical twin girls, Meyer and Maysen. Lauren's favorite passage is John 15:5 "I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." CONTACT LAUREN

Natalie has been working at Crestview since 2014. She has a Bachelor of Science in Bible Christian Education from Manhattan Christian College. She ministers to all the teenagers in 7th through 12th grade. Her family includes her husband, Terry, one daughter, Brogan, and one son, Lucas. Her hobbies include traveling, socializing, cooking, reading and just about anything fun. Natalie's life verse is: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Steve has worked in the worship arts in the local church for  twenty-eight years. He joined the Crestview staff in the summer of 2016. Steve is a graduate of Lincoln Christian University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in music. He loves using the arts to create environments in which people can experience the life-changing power of God's presence and love. He is passionate about apprenticing artists in crafting their skills and developing new skills. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with Tysha, his wife of 26 years. His three obsessions (outside of his wife our course) are his cats, making pizza, and fishing. Dakota has been working at Crestview since 2021 as a Youth Intern, and as a full time Youth Pastor since 2023. Dakota is a recent 2021 graduate of Manhattan Christian College, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bible and Leadership, with emphasis in Youth Ministry and Intercultural Studies. He married his wife, Grace Shurts, in 2021. His hobbies include baseball, hunting, and fishing. Drew recently graduated from Manhattan Christian College with a Bachelors in Bible and Leadership and from K-State with a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies. He has served as a youth intern since 2019 and began full time as an Adult Ministries Pastor in 2023. He's passionate about working with people and loves getting to walk alongside others through life. Drew married his wife, Anna, in 2022 and loves doing life with her. He also loves camping, cooking, and anything that's outside. He grew up not too far away in Topeka, KS. Drew's favorite verse is Luke 15:20 "So he got up and went to his father. Davinna is a recent graduate of Manhattan Christian College and acquired a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bible and Leadership with emphasis in Intercultural Studies and Youth Ministry. You may see her in the front office during the week or hear her answering your phone call to the church. Davinna was born and raised in Wichita, KS. Her hobbies include playing soccer and caring for her 40+ houseplants. Dee has been the business administrator since December 2010. Her responsibilities include accounting, payroll and a budget. Her family includes her husband, Brad, and her daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Derek, as well as her son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Calley. She also has a granddaughter named Finley and grandson named Lane. Her dog is named Oliver. Her hobbies include golfing, traveling, reading and quilting.
